1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern (a) your use of this website, and (b) the provision of services by Skills of the Future (Pty) Ltd ("Skills of the Future", "SOTF", "we", "us" or "our") to any client, organisation, employer, mining company, contractor, individual, community organisation, government entity or other person or entity ("Client", "you" or "your").

1.2 Skills of the Future operates as a Workforce Capability, Human Performance and Organisational Resilience Partner, providing services that may include:

• digital skills development
• workplace readiness
• leadership development
• behavioural safety programmes
• human performance programmes
• workforce wellness
• resilience training
• nervous system regulation education
• stress and fatigue management
• employee wellbeing programmes
• coaching and development interventions
• community development
• youth employability programmes
• entrepreneurship development
• career-readiness initiatives
• monitoring, evaluation and reporting
• consulting and advisory services
• other related services agreed with the Client

1.3 These Terms apply to all quotations, proposals, statements of work, service agreements, purchase orders, training programmes and other engagements between SOTF and the Client, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

1.4 These Terms are written in plain language, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If any clause is unclear, please contact us before accepting a quotation, signing an agreement or using this website.
